Meet David & Diana.

David and Diana Villa are the Founder-Owners of iPD Agency, where David serves as CEO and Diana serves as CFO. Together, they lead one of the nation’s premier marketing and media firms, working with more than 600 companies annually across the United States and Canada.

With over 20 years of national sales and executive leadership experience, David drives vision, strategy, and growth, while Diana oversees financial operations, organizational leadership, and long-term stewardship. Since founding iPD in 1995 from their bedroom—cold calling local dealerships—they have built the company into a leading database management, business development, and digital marketing powerhouse serving the automotive industry and multiple other sectors nationwide.
Beyond business, David and Diana are passionate about marketplace ministry. Since 2017, they have written Bible reading plans for the YouVersion Bible App, reaching more than 3,000,000 total subscribers worldwide. Their mission is to help leaders integrate faith and business, proving that success and Kingdom impact can coexist.

They also co-host the Game Changer Podcast, where they equip and inspire entrepreneurs, executives, and sales professionals to win in business without compromising their faith. Through speaking, coaching, and mentoring, they actively invest in developing Kingdom business leaders who desire to build companies with God at the helm.

Born and raised in Brandon, Florida, David and Diana have been married for 33 years and are proud parents of three children and grandparents to six. What began as a step of faith with a phone and a vision has grown into a company serving hundreds of businesses each year and a ministry impacting millions globally.

They credit the success of iPD to their relentless work ethic, their dedicated team, and above all, their faith in Jesus Christ. Their greatest passion is building businesses that honor God, strengthen families, and expand His Kingdom through excellence in the marketplace.
